The haiku King, finally I got time to read him...:)

I missed your place Carlos...:)

Your haikus keep me thinking if I am really writing haikus the right way...:)

You're the best Carlos!

Amity--I think you'll appreciate, among others, the thoughts of Jane Reichhold at http://www.ahapoetry.com. I continue to learn from her and other haikuists. I'm in awe of their works, their insights. For me, the haiku king is Issa.

Best regards.

You learnt a lot from Jane Reichhold.
The juxtapostion (war orphans - dandelion seeds) is touching.
Congratulation!
Rudi

A strong visual haiku, with a vivid emotional track as well.
Congratulation!

Hi Carlos,

did you see it? We have a meeting again at Mainichi Daily News - Best of 2011 - you with "war orphans" and I with "lonesome road / somewhere a trombone / moving the moon". It seems to me that Mainichi is our virtual meeting point. I'm am happy about that.

Best wishes
Rudi
